“We've had the ARC team come out twice so far for different things. Their wiring services were a blessing as our home did not have phone or TV wiring when we bought it. In just a couple of hours we had it all in every room we wanted and we didn't have to take out a loan to afford it! The tech Mike also came out another time to setup my new laptop for use with my home network. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ARC to every manufactured home owner.” -

“Me and my band Metalstorm needed a home so we met Mr. Sharp at his office,after about 15 min we were pre qualified to see 3 homes under $10k. The salesman, Paul, drove us to the 3 homes and gave a very informative tour. We picked the one we liked best and bought it. We were approved at the park in 24hrs and moved in that weekend! The home cost us $250 a month for the next 2 years! He even made our payment be in the middle of the month so we did not have to worry about park rent! SHARP ROCKS!!!!” -
