We have been designing and building custom homes for Piedmont families for 23 years. As a family-owned business, we operate under our own NC General Contractors license. My son, Ashton, is the General Contractor. My wife, B.J., is the Interior Design Specialist, and I am the Plan Designer and President of our company.We have an impeccable reputation among the families, subcontractors, lenders, and inspection divisions for which we build homes.

Our homes are built better, faster and stronger than traditional on-site construction homes; and built ENERGY STARÂ® ready and to the latest Green Building standards. Constructed in the controlled environment of our state-of-the-art factory, missing materials and weather delays are not a factor. The result? A home that is well constructed, energy efficient and ready to occupy in six to 10 weeks as opposed to six months to a year. We offer homebuyers numerous floorplans from which to choose and each plan can be customized to match your vision of a dream home.
