Too high
“Would of stayed if prices weren't raising all the time. Trailer park and employees were always decent to work with. Neighbors kept to their self. But paying 800 dollars and above was not worth it for a trailer.” -

Great Place
“I have lived at Kings Park which is now Royal Oaks and it is a great place to live. I have children and the new manager and new assistant manager care what goes on at the playground and are on top of any children doing things wrong. They address the problem and actually take care of the problems. It was a blessing in disguise when they changed the name to improve the image, which it did along with all new management in the office. Over all a great place to live.” -

It's about time this place got back to the way it was years ago where you knew you could move your family too. That's when I moved here and have seen it be great and have seen it hit a low. The pool is really nice,it looks great in there. Keep up the good work,the changes have been wonderful and what we have been waiting for. ” -

“It is one of the nicest & least expensive manufactured home parks around! Management is caring & helpful! If you grumpy people, who knitpick about every little, aren't happy, then please move! It's the few of you, who are ruining our nice neighborhood! Nobody's forcing you to live there!”
