This place is the worst
“Do not waste your hard earned money on the place. They do not care about the people there just money, money, money. I am stuck in this hell hole of a money pit and would not want the same to happen to my worst enemy. Look someplace else. I have to choose atleast one star or I wouldn't put any” -

“ I know these reviews are old I just moved in here and am thinking this was a big mistake!...first I think it's too much..she gave a high end rate but I needed a place as I had to move back home from California and had nowhere to go ..I'm ok with my rent..but dont call with an issue they cant be bothered..the little witch behind the desk..Meghan, just acts like ur a huge bother and nothin gets done..this place was filthy oven black..drawers caked with hair in the bathroom...drains plugged..water heater making noises,\n\n nothing maintained..although new carpet so on surface looked good..haveto have a mail box key orderedby post office..which she failed to tell me but it's not her problem..now I cant get my mail till after holidays and gifts inside..I really have to stay on top of rent because these ___holes won't cut a break..the main manager is not friendly, never returns calls..hope they're not slumlords..if you're thinking of here..might want to keep lookin..wish I had..” -

This company is bad news
“This company is bad news. I payed cash for a modular and was promised it would be delivered and set in two weeks....it has been seven and I'm still homeless. A recent attempt to contact the office manager John Hanson has ended in me being hung up on. I have tried everything short of litigation. My advise to anyone thinking about purchasing through this company is to move on.” -

“I must say the place has gone under a transistion phase. They have new management and maintence staff that work really hard to make this a beautiful and safe community. This place is above and beyond the other mobile home communities I have lived in and would recommend anyone to check this place out. Every place has it's problems....but says alot when they go the extra mile to correct them and this place does. thank you”
