  “I went to another MH store and all they wanted to say was all this bad stuff about Wayne Frier and they wanted me to read these reviews. I guess that was their sales pitch, talk bad about your competition. I decided to go check them out any way and I was blown away on how much better their houses were at Wayne Frier. I promise if ou go to Wayne Frier you will see the difference. I finally purchased my house from Wayne Frier and I can tell you that I have been totally satisfied with everything.”

  “I went to another lot and all they were interested in was talking bad about wayne frier and trying to get me to look at this web site. My experience was great at wayne friers. I have learned a valuable lesson. When someone says something bad about someone its probably because they have something to gain from it. Glad I didnt listen to them. Love my house.”

  “I am very disappointed. You would think when you are looking to spend this much money on a mobile home that they would contact you and you not have to chase them down. Not to mention all the numbers that get added in and are not accounted for or unknown cost.
  Not pleased at all. Will NOT do business here.”

  “You lack the honesty and integrity needed to be thought of as anything other then another bait and switch, out for themselves, screw the customer so called customer friendly outfit. You tell people you are with them and can provide what they need, you take their deposit and then suddenly unless the customer wants to pay outrageous down payments you no longer can help.

  “They was great until you sign then they lie about everything. You have to call and beg for everything and they will add extra costs in on stuff you dont even need or get. They never call back when they promise to call. I would not buy from them again.”

  “I have been lied to numerous times about my service calls, furniture that was promised to me and not delivered when promised. I have had to beg for everything since I purchased on 6/30/08 and still do not have all furniture promised. No one has told me the truth since day 1 and no one will care after you close. You will receive more promises and then told again and again it will be another month or we will call you. I have had to do all the calling to follow up. Live Oak was the same. It has been a nightmare!”
