  “I would not recommend this community to ANYONE who is looking for a place to put their home. First of all, the rules out here apply to some people, but not for others. Some people pay one price for their lot rent, and others who have the same size home pay more. Some people can have a boat on their lot, and others can't. They don't take care of the trees out here. We have trees that are touching our roofs, but WE are not allowed to cut them, and they certainly don't get cut by park maintenance!! Some people can be felons out here, and some can't. Depending on WHO you are you can or can't have a pool up. Supposedly you are only allowed ONE shed on your property, but if you drive around you see many, many lots that have 2 or 3. The manager of the park we have heard has a felon living with her, but you can't live out here if you are a felon..imagine that!!. We have asked for the number to the home office, and she refuses to give it to us. Things just don't get done, and like I said before some rules apply to some and not others. Not a fair manager or community”
