  “Weeds and blowing trash from the entry and into the park. Park maintenance over all seemed very lacking with Lawns needing to be mowed badly.
  Could not seem to catch a manager or even a laborer anywhere in the park for over a week. Reported to be out of the park on business? All weekday mornings?”
