  “The owner took my check for $30,000
  which was 50% down on a double wide mobile home and when it came time to deliver my house, Champion Homes would not build my house because Sunrise Homes had no money in their bank account to pay to build it. The owner will not return my calls and is not at his office for weeks. I have started litigation. I'm out $30,000 and have no home to place on my custom built foundation.”
