  “I bought a home from American Homes two years ago. First of all the owner and the son in law are con-artist. They like to take advantage of people who are down on their luck or who are emotionally distraught. They go in for the kill and rip them off. I have had nothing but trouble with my home. They hire cheap people to do their set up. They don\\\\\\'t know what they are doing so they jerry rig everthing. From the AC units to the washing machine hook-ups. You name it. It will be done hap hazardly. Don\\\\\\'t be fooled by their fast talk and over friendliness. It\\\\\\'s all to rip you off.”
