  “DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! The owner, Pat Kennedy, stole $150,000.00 in loan proceeds from me. She was supposed to have put the funds in an escrow account for a custom ordered modular home. I have filed civil and criminal charges against Kennedy and her company.”
