  “i recently closed on a mobile home sold to me by TIM who knows little to nothing about the process and will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of his office. We had to overnight a form 3 times to the lender because Tim filled the wrong form out at the closing. Tim at first said we would get a factory model which is what we wanted and we got the lot model instead. Then when they finally delivered the home it sat in the rain for 7 days now and i have called 3 times now waiting for dates on the siding and trim with no reply.They say the PARTICLE BOARD is water resistant which is false and even if it was they do not care that I don't want it rained on. The contractor they used to set it up did not even wrap it in plastic. They say they will call you back and then say it will be done in two weeks every time. This entire process has been a nightmare and is still ongoing. Once they sell you your house they will do little to nothing for you. Please for your sake do not buy a home from gene jim and roy westgate.”

  “Few months ago it was nice, until they had some folks move in, who don't work - yet stay up and invite so-called friends over to party lots of times until 3 or 4 in the morning. How they afford to live here may want to be looked at because they don't work, so it may be something illegal involved, and they don't seem to care about the fact you want to sleep”

  “GREAT is all i can say.My wife and i lived there for a year. Were from upstate NY.Great people---Great location---Great management.Karen is the manager of the village and couldn't be better.We never had any problems so we never had any complaint.Very clean. We love the village and will be back soon. TOP SHELF THANKS KAREN----BILL AND Maryann---UPSTATE NY”
