  “Park is badly maintained. Lot rent is increased every year. Rent will increase in Sept. 2009 by $21.00. The place is a dump; but, the owners know that you can't hook your home to the back of a truck and move it; so they don't care. Beware.”

  “The management is raising the rent $60.00 in September 08 they raised the rent $40.00 September 07 and will probably raise it another 20% every year. This park is a dump and is located directly in the Hood lots of drug dealers in the area, certainly not worth $340.00 a month lot rent and we have to pay water & sewer as well.”

  “This park was probably nice at one time however it is now rundown and neglected. The Maintenance Men are competent and friendly and do their job as best they can with what they have to work with. Some of the park residents need to clean up their homes and yards. The park has dumpsters and has tons of flies. Dumster could be sprayed for flies. The park manager is competent but should not manage an all age park she is not child friendly. The owner/management moves in old beat up trailers without the proper permitting. The pool and laundry mat is closed more often than open.”
